NEMPAL® 502 Fast & Strong Super Glue

High-Strength Fast-Cure Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

A fast-curing, high-strength Cyanoacrylate adhesive that offers instant bonding at room temperature for DIY repairs and various industrial applications.

It requires no mixing or heating, and its small packaging size makes it ideal for precise work. It bonds a wide range of materials in seconds, with a thin film and light pressure creating a strong, clear, permanent hold.

The effectiveness of the adhesive is only made possible by the original content without solvent dilution. Versatile, strong, and cost-effective, it is a valuable tool for countless “fix-it” situations and various industries

It bonds a wide variety of materials such as metals, ceramics, woods, natural and synthetic rubbers and leathers, and most plastics (except PP, PE, PTFE).

* Users are responsible to carry out test prior to installation to confirm compatibility with actual substrates, work conditions, and service requirements.
  1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease oil or water.
  2. Apply one drop per square inch or smallest amount possible to one of the surfaces only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film after compression. Thin film of adhesive gives best and strongest results.
  3. No need to spread adhesive – it will spread/level by itself. Assemble both surfaces together and hold for 30 seconds to enable it to set completely.
  4. Make sure both substrates are well matched and tight fitting, DO NOT move or adjust glued substrates as this may affect bonding.
  5. Substrates can be handled in 30 minutes in most cases. Maximum bond strength will be achieved after 24 hours.
  6. Wipe tip of plastic nozzle, replace cap tightly.
  • Store properly in original containers in a dry and well-ventilated place below 30°C, keep away from sunlight. Storage below +5°C gives optimum storage stability.
  • Containers should be tightly sealed when not in use. If adhesive is stored in refrigerator, allow the adhesive to reach room temperature before using it.
  • Excessively aged or expired adhesive may appear cloudy or milky, abandon the material if this this occurs.
  • Use within 9 months from date of production.

Cyanoacrylates should ideally be stored in original sealed containers until used. Avoid exposure to strong light and heat sources. Cyanoacrylates can bond to skin within seconds. Do not drip into skin or into eyes – can cause serious injury to your eyes. Use of gloves is recommended since skin contains moisture and accidental contact may bond skin. If contact with skin occurs, rinse with warm water or dissolve gradually with solvent such as acetone, or nitro methane. Do not try to remove forcibly. If adhesive gets into eye, keep eye open and rinse thoroughly, and then consult a doctor. Use with proper ventilation. Keep out of reach of children. For further health and safety information, please refer to the latest Safety Data Sheet.

NOT recommended for the following:

  • Water immersion
  • Structural bonding
  • Polystyrene foams
  • PE, PP, PTFE
